Email Addresses

Emails are not reliable, emails are lost (or block) or sent to spam on a regular basis.
If you email us and do not receive a reply within 72 hours, it is not normal.

• Look in your spam folder. It is possible that our response is in your spam folder.
• Our email address is blocked by your email system. Enter our email address in your list of authorized persons, then resend your email and explain that you did not receive a response to your first email.
• Our email address or domain name is blocked by your Internet messaging. Contact your Internet messaging provider, then resend your email and explain that you did not receive a response to your first email.
• Try again from another email address.
• You can write to us explaining that you did not get a reply to your previous email and give us a phone number to call you back.
• Just like you, it is possible that we did not receive your email (for the same reasons).
• Contact us via mail.
• Call us.

If you send a check or a money order, make sure that the recipient is in the name of "Ortograf Inc.". If your check or money order is U.S. dollars, Canadian dollars or in euros, there is no conversion fee. If you want to use another currency, please contact us to find out the cost of conversion.
